"The location was great, right on the beach. Room was comfortable, as were the lounges outside. Breakfast was tasty. The highlight was the fantastic customer service, with extremely attentive, professional staff making it a wonderful visit."

"We enjoyed our staycat BT Bay. Loved the location at the north end of Ngapali beach. The staff were terrific. Excellent breakfast. We would definitely return to this property. "

"It is a very nice hotel right om the beach. The beach and the water is so nice so I never usel the pool. Breakfast is nice but nothing special. The staff is very friendly. There are lots of restaurants around that are much cheaper then the hotel. If I came back I would stay here again. "

"Situé à côté de l’aeroport Mais sans que cela soit gênant. Le personnel est charmant, le petit déjeuner très bien, mais l’hôtel a besoin d'être rafraîchi : piscine et forte odeur d’égout dans la sdbains. "

"Exceptional service with a smile from being picked up at the airport to being dropped back 5 days later. The manager came and spoke to us almost every day. The food was excellent and the setting is gorgeous with a view from the check in desk to the pool and the beach. Staff were very knowledgeable about the local area and there are tuk tuk at the front entrance to take you exploring. I would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful location and food. All staffs are very friendly and kind!"

"The property is beautiful and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I will be staying here again for sure!"

"The hotel itself is very plain. The breakfast is simple but ok. The staff is friendly and what to help but have problem with English but then they are trying and I am in the guest."

"Location is amazing. Right on the beach. Near fishing village - fascinating. Great staff. We stayed in private bungalow. We loved every minute and will be returning with our grown children whom we are sure will love it as well."

"Excellent rapport qualité prix. Bien situé, à seulement 100m de la plage avec des chaises et palapas. Personnel très gentil."
